Summary
- This position works under the supervision of the director of outpatient care management. This position is responsible for reminder calls, insurance inquiries, assistance with troubleshooting, reviewing results that are \"within parameters\" for the remote monitoring program, cleaning equipment, and entering charges, as well as other duties. This position works closely with the remote monitoring coordinator and is employed by Mosaic Life Care.
Duties
- Coordinates with Remote Monitoring Coordinator and patient from HRS (Health Recovery Solutions) to order equipment when not being hand-delivered.
- When required or requested, obtains authorization and/or coverage information and patient cost-sharing responsibility from insurance company.
- Assists patients with troubleshooting equipment when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- All required education is a minimum requirement. Higher levels of education are acceptable. H.S Diploma Required.
- Driver's License - Valid And In State required
