First Impression Team (FIT) Member Investments aims to provide clients with a safe and easy way to invest in metals. By providing consistent accurate, relevant and balanced information about metals investments as well as the best concierge service, we help clients make an informed investment decision to secure their financial future
Summary
The First Impression Team (FIT) Member will be the entr•e to Investments. You set the tone for the client experience. There will be a two (2) day training period of which you will shadow a senior member of the team. When training is complete, you will go solo but be observed for a few days. The hours will vary and the GM will give you the specific hours for this position. HQ practices safe distancing as well as having gloves, masks, sanitizers available to all. Local Candidates Only!
***Due to Covid-19, this position is to work remotely. The FIT Member must have a functional home office space and working computer***
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls (50-100 a day)
- Handle calendar and reminders
- Liaison between caller and company departments/team members
- Make certain caller •hears• your smile
- Remain confident, kind, compassionate neutral
- Articulate with strong communication skills
- Comfortable in learning company related computer programs
- Familiarity with HubSpot, JustCall, Slack (negotiable)
- Organized and detail oriented
- Takes initiative to finish takes responsibly, effectively & expeditiously
- Tedious task aficionado
- Time Management
