A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A REMOTE EMAIL MARKETING MANAGER
As a Remote Email Marketing Manager, you are passionate about delivering our inspiring online content to our expanding audience. Working closely with coworkers from various teams, you manage the marketing efforts for multiple brands. You strive to develop creative content and emails that increase user engagement, monetization, and retention. To strengthen our newsletters, you monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use this data to develop more effective and engaging content.
You look for areas where our performance suffers the most, and you brainstorm new strategies to improve our results. When you have an idea for new content, you coordinate with the editorial team to make it happen. Attentive to detail, you proofread all newsletters and make edits before scheduling their release. You find satisfaction in developing and sharing engaging content that is read by hundreds of thousands of subscribers!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A REMOTE EMAIL MARKETING MANAGER
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- 2+ years of email marketing experience
- Experience with an email service provider (ESP) such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or GetResponse
- Ability to analyze data and use it for optimizations and A/B testing
- Working knowledge of HTML and mobile optimization
- Strong understanding of email best practices, including setting up automation and user journeys
Experience with graphic design or web push would be preferred but is not required. Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills? Are you highly organized? WORK SCHEDULE
