We are seeking a seasoned Functional Lead with Agile software development experience to join our team and take ownership of our client’s SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SaaS product management, as well as experience leading cross-functional teams and driving product development from concept to launch.

Responsibilities:

• Understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements
• Lead cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of new features and functionalities
• Define and prioritize the product backlog, and ensure that the team is aligned with product goals
• Collaborate with other functional leads, stakeholders, and customers to ensure that the product meets their needs
• Track and analyze product performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve the product

Requirements:

• > Five (5) years of experience in SaaS product management or a related field
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful SaaS products
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the ability to translate customer needs into product requirements
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
• Agile Scrum Master Certification a plus
