• Experience in using automated reconciliation software such as TRecs, Cadency or Blackline.
• Insurance industry experience.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field

Experience:

Experience to include:

• 1-2 years’ experience in a financial environment.
• Preparing financial reports
• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations
• Using automated accounting and/or management reporting systems
• Preparing, analyzing and interpreting financial data and/or statistical data
• Use and development of workpapers, schedules models using various spreadsheet software such as excel

Ability to:

• Communicate effectively with others both orally and in writing
• Research and analyze complex financial data
• Analyze and problem solve
• Organize and plan
• Work independently
• Participate on project teams
• Work irregular or extended hours as required
• Derive actionable conclusions from analyzing data and information
