Primary Job Duties:
- Collecting and analyzing data.
- Gather and update the information necessary to create the Reliability Board Meeting Presentation.
- Updating the Aircraft Engine Reliability Report.
- Scheduling and presenting meetings.
- Updating all M-38’s, control charts, and monitoring charts.
- Posting Reliability Reports to FAA SharePoint and sending to Reliability Report distribution list.
- Maintaining the electronic distribution list for the Reliability Report.
- Notifying Manager of Reliability and Supervisor of Reliability of Reliability Reports being posted to FAA SharePoint.
- Maintaining files
Minimum Requirements:
Experience creating detailed reports- Clear knowledge and understanding of SkyWest Airlines' policies and procedures
- Possess strong oral/written communlcations and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Able work in team environment or independently
- Knowledge of GMM
- Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
Physical and Other Requirements:
- Physical ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
