The Release Manager is responsible for scheduling, planning, and controlling the delivery process of software application deployments for the US domestic venues and International partners. The Sr. Manager ensures that resources, timelines, and the overall quality of the process are considered and accounted for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the software release schedule for all US-Based and International Parnter-Based systems to ensure alignment across all departments and partners.
- Coordinate all venue configuration and testing for all domestic and international new venue builds.
- Provide documentation and support multiple concurrent software releases through various production test environments.
- Manage scheduling and communication of all software deployment activities, including emergency change implementations.
- Coordinate all software deployment checklist and deployment execution plan.
- Previous software release and/or project management experience
- Relational database administration
- Agile software release cycle
- Source code branching and merging
- Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of source control tools (Subversion, Git)
- Proficient experience in coordinating cross-functional work teams up to task completion
- High School Diploma, required
