Job Description


Job Summary:

The Registry & Workflow Coordinator is responsible for working with medical registry organizations, for example ACC-NCDR and STS, customers, and internal technical resources to deliver registry and workflow solutions. They work directly with third party medical registry organizations and translate the registry specification documents into specifications used by internal teams. The Registry & Workflow Coordinator also provides clinical and technical expertise to internal teams as well as customers. The Registry and Workflow Coordinator will aid in complex support needs to internal teams as well as to customers. The Registry & Workflow Coordinator will also provide ongoing workflow expertise for future customer projects.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and amalgamating registry specifications
  • Developing internal specifications to comply with new registry requirements.
  • Assisting workflow teams and Intelerad clients through clinical and technical workflow design while delivering value to both the client and the company as a whole

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Work with third party registry entities to meet requirements for product certification
  • Work with customers to validate that software, configuration and workflow design meets the customer needs based on registry requirements and restrictions
  • Work with customers to assist in designing workflows to meet their needs using existing software functionality
  • Identify and execute opportunities to optimize registry and clinical workflows
  • Conduct informal customer training via users’ groups
  • Support and guide customers as they begin using the new products and workflows
  • Where applicable, provide advanced end-user and/or administrator-level training to client
  • Proactively guide and train internal training resources with the latest knowledge on features and workflows
  • Provide workflow expertise for internal support teams through training and troubleshooting expertise, as well as liaise with internal specialist teams as needed

Qualifications


Required Experience/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent, or Registered Nurse degree or a Clinical Certification (RDMS, RDCS or RT)
  • 5+ years of experience delivering workflow solutions; knowledge of form design and interfacing forms to a database a plus
  • Knowledge of relational database design
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Access
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio and Git is a plus
  • Direct experience in a customer facing role with demonstrated ability to gather complex customer requirements


Communication Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to communicate well with both technical and non-technical people.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical information.

Demonstrated ability to compose clear and concise technical written communication


  • Strong technical aptitude and a quick learner with the ability to understand clinical cardiology and radiology workflows
  • Excellent analytical, research, organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience in definition and launching of multiple products simultaneously
  • This position may require travel, mainly in North America
