The Connersville Veterinary Clinic is looking to add a member to our team. We are looking for a hardworking individual to help grow our team!

Primary Responsibilities:

Animal restraint, triage of incoming patients, collection and analysis of lab samples, diagnostic imaging, management and nursing care of medical and hospitalized cases with varying degrees of stability, administration of medications, effective communication of treatment plans with clients, surgical preparation and assistance, and anesthetic management.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift objects or pets of at least 30 lbs.
• Ability to control large, anxious, or angry pets

License/Certification:

• Veterinary Technician Certification

Direct Management: Practice Manager and Doctors.

Direct Reports: None

Role Description: The Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) are critical roles of the clinic. They impact all aspects of veterinary care: animal care and treatment, customer service, and hospital cleanliness.
