Responsibilities:
- Provide RN care in a Labor and Delivery (L/D)
- Support ethical and care to endorse the values, rights, dignity and beliefs of everyone who our organization helps
- Must enjoy a fast-paced environment with exceptional multi-tasking skills.
- Collaborative team player with superior communication skills.
- Optimize outcomes by implementing, diagnosing, assessing and evaluating patient care
- Coordinate and lead groups, coordinate care, delegate, and work well with others as equal members of team
- BSN or the ability to obtain within 3 years of hire. RN's with 20+ years' of experience exempt.
- The ideal Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) holds at least 1+ years of acute care experience experience in hospital setting for Labor Delivery, postpartum, antepartum, maternity, mother/baby units
- ACLS & BLS.
- Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure required prior to starting
