Registered Nurse (RN) Acute Rehab Hospital Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to patients on assigned unit in collaboration with providers and other team members.
- Administer medication within scope of practice.
- Educate patients and families on patient care.
- Assess patients health needs.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records.
- Assist with additional responsibilities as needed.
Registered Nurse (RN) Acute Rehab Hospital Schedule:
- 8 Hour & 12 Hour Shift Available, Day & Night Shift!
