Primary responsibilities of this SNF Nurse position is to provide care planning, resident assessment, medication administration and to monitor activities performed by certified nursing assistants. The Trinity Care Center is a 90 bed facility in a community that enjoys charm of a historic MN city along with vibrant, new development. FT or PT schedules are available.

Job Summary:
The primary purpose of the RN position is to provide direct nursing care to individuals receiving services and to monitor the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants within the assigned care center when care centers are unable to schedule regular staff. The performance of these duties must be in accordance with the current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our care center, and as may be required and communicated by the Director of Nursing (DON) or Administrator to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license in Minnesota as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Maintain current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
