Mobile Registered Nurse (RN)
Hospital-in-Home Program
New Haven, CT
Full time and part time shifts available

If you have 2+ years Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) or 911/Emergency Medic experience and are looking for an exciting, innovative new RN nursing role, look no further. This is an exciting new type of role where the Registered Nurse is rounding on acute patients, but in their home instead of the hospital. These patients are in a brand new Hospital in Home program where they continue to get routine care and have technological connections to the hospital but in the comfort of their own homes.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) or 911/Emergency Medic experience
  • ED experience preferred
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • CT RN License
Details:
  • Great salary and benefits
  • 5k sign on bonus and 2k bonus after 90 days!
  • Shifts hiring are 7a-7p and 11a-11p
  • On call to cover 11p-7a
  • Company car for use during shift is provided
Responsibilities:
  • As a Registered Nurse (RN) travel to around 4-6 patients homes a day (company car provided for use during work hours)
  • Handle everything from blood draw, wound care, dressing changes, infusions etc
