Registered Nurse – Home Health - (HH RN)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2056.66 - 2266.52
This Visiting Nurse Association offers skilled nursing, rehabilitation, infusion and personal care services to care for patients with a number of conditions. Available 24 hours-a-day, seven days a week, this VNA’s home healthcare team develops individualized care plans to treat people who need specialized services. With a care-giving model based on optimal patient outcomes, the ideal candidate will bring experience, innovation and passion to their role.
Required Qualifications
MD License
2 years of Home Health Experience
Home Care Home Base Experience
Oasis Experience
FLU Vaccination - No exceptions/Declinations will be accepted
Preferred Qualifications
