IT's always great if you already have Home Health experience but if you don't we have incredible mentors on board. What we do need is solid nursing skills and an open and willing heart to learn!

There are two position(s)

FULL TIME RN REGISTERED NURSE - and includes a $20,000 Signing Bonus!
ON-CALL RN REGISTERED NURSE prorated $20,000 Signing Bonus, based on hours worked. Shift for PRN is 5pm Friday to 5pm Sunday

Territory: Eastside King County and South King County (Auburn, Kent, Federal Way)

This is an opportunity to work with a committed, creative, fun and fast growing team that is passionate about providing exceptional Home Health services. Our services are provided in personal homes as well as independent and assisted living facilities. When you join us your key responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating the patient & home health environment to determine required services
• Being responsible for timely completion & synchronization of OASIS documentation as required
• Developing a patient-centered care plan in collaboration with the patient and/or caregivers
• Triaging and addressing after-hours nursing needs if necessary

We seek the following principal qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse in good standing within the state of Washington
• 
  Recent home health experience and proficiency in Medicare OASIS D1 is a huge plus, but we do provide training and mentoring
• At least 2 years of solid nursing experience
• Need a reliable car with current insurance coverage and a current driver's license
