DESCRIPTION
Decypher is seeking Registered Nurse – Disease Management candidates to support Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifies, develops and executes appropriate disease management activities and interventions such as, but not limited to, individual and/or group patient contacts and training classes
- Perform physical exam and health histories
- Provide health promotions, counseling, and education
- Administer medications, wound care, and numerous other personalized interventions
- Recognize adverse signs and symptoms and quickly react in emergency situations
- Make referral appointments and arrange specialty care as appropriate.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Registered Nurse License
- 1 year of experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- US Citizen
- NACI background check
