Job description

Our nurses provide professional nursing care to assigned individuals with intellectual disabilities or other related disabilities following established policies and procedures. Duties for RN supervsor include supervision and guidance to nursing staff to include scheduling, training, and performance evaluations, implementation of Medication Technician Certification program, perform employee health screenings, coordinate consumer immunizations, administering insulin and other required medications and treatments, analyzing and reporting on risk management data, overseeing infection control policies and practices, maintaining nursing policies and procedures, conducting utilization reviews, approving health care assessments, serving as the liaison with physicians and pharmacists, and ensuring all applicable licenses and certification are maintained for/by agency. This position will also provide medications to individuals at the Day Program Orangeburg Work Activity Center M-F who reside in Intermediate Care Facilities. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
