Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator, RNAC, RN
Available shifts: PART TIME
- Registered Nurse with with long term care experience
- Prefer experience in MDS 3.0/PDPM - or willing to learn new skill.
- Monitoring documentation for Medicare and Managed Care residents.
- Managing Medicaid reimbursement opportunities
- Ongoing staff education needed to maximize care provided
- Registered Nurse Assessment Care experience in this field and possess quality skills to motivate and mentor other nursing staff to provide quality care to our residents.
- Possess active Delaware RN License, in good standing.
- Must have experience working with residents, in a Short/Long Term atmosphere.
- Flexible & open to helping others.
- Be able to successfully pass all pre-employment background & drug tests.
Purpose of this position: The purpose of the Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator is to supervise, provide and coordinate nursing care in compliance with facility policies and procedures. Assess residents' care needs and take appropriate action.
