Our Registered Medication Aides are caring and compassionate individuals that provide personal care and assist each resident in maintaining their independence.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and grooming
• Administers the medications and treatments, according to the scheduled times, following the medication administration protocol
• Assist with ambulation on all shifts. Escort residents to and from the dining room, activity room, patio, transportation center, etc.
• Assist residents with meals and snacks
• Maintain clean and hazard free working areas, including nursing stations
• Document and report significant information or changes in a resident’s condition to the Director of Nursing
• Answer phones courteously and check voicemails ensuring that issues are addressed and responded to in a timely manner
• Complete progress reports for residents on a daily basis

Education Requirements:

• RMA license
