C W WIlliams Community Health Center is seeking to hire two (2) Registered Medical Assistants (RMA). Our RMA's are responsible for completing administrative and clinical tasks under a Doctor or other medical professional’s supervision.

Job Description -

• Greet patients walking them to and from the clinical floor
• Update patient information including, changes in medical condition, vitals, medication, and vaccinations
• Update and maintain EMR system
• Clean and prepare examination rooms
• Assist in maintaining the medical inventory and placing orders for new materials as needed
• Administering medications under a Physician’s supervision

Qualifications & Skills

• Current Registered Medical Assistant Certification Required
• Successful completion of a Medeical Assistant course
• Current BLS Certificate
• 2+years of experience working for a healthcare center, practice or hospital
• ICD 9/ICD 10
• EMR (Athenahealth) preferred
• High level of professionalism
• Candidate must be customer focused
• Possess strong organization and time managment skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
