Calling all ABA and RBTs and those candidates in their Masters Program! You have the potential to earn up to $25 per hour in your first year as you move through our tier system as an ABA/RBT who is a BCBA candidate in their masters program.

We currently have an accomplished team of full time ABA/RBT therapists at Therapyland and are recruiting for additional candidates.

As Candidates matriculate through our tier system and curriculum, they can receive additional increases in pay, as well as, their continued merit raises. This is a perfect opportunity to increase your skills and work an extremely collaborative, stable, full-time clinic-based position. You will receive in person support from highly qualified BCBA’s and Management. Our philosophy is to groom each BCBA Candidate into the best BCBA they can be with high quality hands-on experiences.

Job Requirements

• Must have experience working with children diagnosed with autism
• Experience treating 1:1 ABA/behavioral therapy working under the supervision of a BCBA in a home, clinic, or school setting
• Experience working with multiple age ranges between 2-10 years old
• Experience working with problem behaviors and implementing behavior plans
