Join our team as an Applied Behavior Technician!

Cusps and Capabilities, LLC has immediate openings for entry level positions as well as experienced Behavior Techs. We are a premier Applied Behavior Analysis Center in Terrebonne Parish. Through the science of ABA therapy we have demonstrated our abilities to transform the lives of our clients and their families who have been affected by Autism and related disorders. We have become recognized as a facility that achieves results. Cups and Capabilities, LLC has experienced substantial growth since its inception and is looking to continue that growth. In an effort to support this, we are searching for highly motivated and energetic Behavior Technicians who desire to make a difference and add to our family of competent and professional staff.

At Cusps and Capabilities, LLC, our Behavior Technicians support and implement treatment plans that encourage and modify the behavior of children. They work hand in hand with certified Behavior Analyst, parents and school organizations to provide ABA Interventions. Through a caring and nurturing manner, we provide our clients with socially acceptable replacement behaviors that allow them to build and improve upon communication, social interaction and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
