Regional Sales Manager

OSL has partnered with Charter Communications to showcase and sell their products within Walmart’s across Greenville and Columbia, South Carolina. As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) you will be responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and managing a team of 20-25. (4-5) Field Trainers/SMEs and (16-20) Retail Sales Associates.


Qualifications include:

  • The RSM will manage and train a sales team of 4-5 Field Trainers / Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and 16-20 Sales Associates.
  • Responsible to deliver team member coaching and motivational conversations as well as performance planning
  • Responsible in the delivery of OSL inspired sales team meeting updates on a regular basis
  • Set performance expectations and deliver coaching and/ or progressive performance management
  • Hire & Train Field Trainers / SMEs and Retail Sales Associates
  • Has an existing network of sales associates
  • Manage the relationship with Walmart Store Managers
  • Proven time management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Firm understanding of sales and customer service fundamentals
  • Proven track record of leading teams who exceed sales targets
  • Willingness to travel through assigned territory, must have access to own vehicle
  • Willingness to learn our proven and successful sales process
  • Honesty, integrity, and positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work various schedules including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time

As an OSL Regional Sales Manager, your compensation includes:

  • Base Salary
  • Bonus

  • Mileage allowance
  • Tablets and sales tools will be provided
