Position Overview:
Inseego is searching for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The High Touch Sales Account team consists of Regional Sales Managers who are experts focused on selling to the enterprise. The Regional Sales Manager is a consultative sales professional that seeks out new customers for Inseego leveraging our extensive portfolio of software solutions and cutting-edge 5G products.
This is a 100% remote job. The Region is the West Coast. Washington State down to Southern California. Must reside in this region. There is 30-40% travel.
This is a hands-on individual contributor sales job.
The success of this position is measured by revenue growth, new product introduction, customer retention, and customer experience. To be successful in this role, you will build strong relationships with cross-functional team members at Inseego and work with that team to deliver sales results and positive customer outcomes. This role requires a clear view and understanding of the business ecosystem within the assigned region, including end customers, carriers, partners, and distribution GTM channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships within enterprise organizations, presenting to C-level executives
- Strategic Account-based targeting of new enterprise end-user accounts selling both direct and via our channel partner relationships
- Develop and maintain a current – 24-month view of the sales leads pipeline with appropriate actions to maximize long-term revenue growth, while simultaneously accomplishing 30-60-90 day objectives.
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in salesforce.com, while creating satisfied
Experience/Requirements:
- 4+ years of quota-carrying experience in a complex technology solution-selling environment, consistently meeting and exceeding sales quota
- Both SaaS and on-premise selling experience are a MUST
- Proficient in MS office products.
- Persuasive, and confident with excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong communication, written, and formal presentation.
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with senior leaders both internally and externally.
- Passionate and empathetic towards the customer experience.
- Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimal direction.
- Diligent/detail oriented, very organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- 4G/5G experience a plus. Experience selling data networking solutions preferred.
Education:
Bachelor of Science degree plus or equivalent work experience
