What You Will Do In Your Role

• Responsible for up to, but no more than, 4 sites of active construction and overseeing the Quality Supervisors at those sites
• Be familiar with the contract and specifically the SOW for each of the sites assigned to ensure compliance
• Responsible for training junior Quality personnel in all aspects of inspection, documentation, auditing and testing from Civil work through commissioning on multiple sites
• Assist the assigned site's Field Engineer with the completion of Job Books
• Assist in the formulation of ITP's and checklists for the requirements of each site
• Ensure all junior Quality personnel on site are trained and able to conduct quality inspections, quality sampling, establish benchmarking items and perform all necessary documentation to establish permanent record of tasks performed
• Perform audits on documentation and work processes to ensure compliance with established instructions and drawings
• Train subcontract Quality personnel in construction inspection and documentation methods required by DEPCOM
• Attend site kick off meetings as DEPCOM's Quality representative to external clients
• Work with site leadership (project management, construction management and discipline supervisors) to establish best practice methods for the unique site requirements

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

• Experience in quality aspects and construction techniques in building of utility scale PV solar plants
• Ability to train personnel
• Experience with Microsoft Suite products

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical engineering
• Experience in commissioning utility scale PV solar plants
