The Goodman Group is seeking a Regional Director of Health Services in west Florida to oversee health service operations within their skilled nursing & assisted living facilities.

Overview of Role:

In this role, the Regional Health Services Director will coordinate regional efforts with NDHS, RDO and Health Services Specialists for all skilled nursing & assisted living Florida facilities. This individual is also responsible for developing the services direction, provide consultation, and education within assigned specialty: Nursing Operations of both Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living facilities.

Qualifications:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse.
• 7+ years experience as Director of Nursing.
• Previous experience as a state surveyor.
• Experience with overseeing a large department.
• Experience with multi-sites preferred.
• Experience in oversight of memory care units.
• Proficiency in computer use.
• Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance and be self-directed toward goals and objectives.
• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Excellent organization, statistical, analytical and communication skills.
• Maintain current knowledge on assigned specialty (Nursing Operations) and elder health.
• Ability to travel consistently to all facilities within the region, and available to support other regions in the country on an as-needed basis.
• Ideally, this candidate is based in the Tampa metro area, as the facilities are concentrated on the west coast of Florida.
