Job description

As the Regional Director of Operations, you will have multiple dental practice managers reporting to you.

Responsibilities:

• Working with the local dental practice manager / staff to manage all business functions at a dental clinic with a focus on driving revenue growth and managing costs
• Tracking key business metrics and coaching dental practice managers on how to improve business performance
• Optimizing the utilization of technology within each dental practice
• Implementing best practices at each dental clinic with a focus on safety, workflow efficiency, and a high-quality customer experience
• Collaborating with corporate regarding finance, HR, marketing and IT
• Conducting monthly and quarterly performance reviews with all dental clinical leads and dental practice manager to create a culture of accountability
• Fostering a collaborative environment where providers and staff across your region work together on projects
• Supporting the integration of newly acquired dental practices within your region

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an operations role with responsibility of multiple locations
• Required experience in the dental industry
• Required experience working with dental providers
• Must have proven ability to understand financial and operating metrics
• High sense of urgency required for this fast-paced environment
• Proven experience leading, mentoring and developing site-level managers
• Ability to relocate to the Greater Seattle, WA Area (if applicable)
