SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gather, query and format all data needed for generating direct mail lists for all campaigns and deliver to appropriate parties
  • Generate data pulls for email blasts and other email marketing programs as needed
  • Set-up and analyze all direct mail programs
  • Develop and manage regular database reports and department financial data
  • Coordinates direct mail and email execution with applicable vendors
  • Coordinates gaming system execution in ATI / Oasis
  • Produce ad hoc reporting as needed
  • Review database programs with the Database Marketing Manager and Director of Database Marketing
  • Validates the ATI / Oasis direct mail offer upload process to ensure player offer accuracy
  • Provide final verification approvals on all data proofs for every direct mail campaign
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures and standards relating to database management including ensuring full data integrity and monitoring transaction activity
  • Understand regulatory requirements in multiple states, and abide by those regulations that govern the marketing and direct mail functions
  • Develop and maintain an up to date and accurate listing of self-excluded, problem gamblers and property trespassed guests to ensure no marketing or promotional communications are sent to them, in accordance with each state’s applicable regulations
  • Meet with CDI leaders, departmental directors and property leadership as necessary
  • Handle guest inquiries related to database offers
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required, or relevant work experience in database marketing and data analysis, with strong background in data mining and querying, utilizing multiple databases and business intelligence/reporting tools to manage data and reports
  • Proficiency in Excel and Access required; experience with SQL strongly preferred
  • Able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license for each of the CDI HRM and/or casino gaming jurisdictions where we operate
