Oasis is seeking an assertive and ambitious Regional Account Manager to hunt for new opportunities within a book of business, assist in the day-to-day processing of cases, and assist in helping the Regional Directors. This person should be a relationship builder with the ability to work fast and efficiently, and with an incredible ability to multi-task. This is a hunter/farmer role that will allow you the opportunity to both open up new business within existing accounts and help manage accounts. Candidates must live int he PST, MST or CST time zones and have PI industry experience.

Position Responsibilities:

· Makes outbound calls to book of business attorneys to try and win back business (approx.. 40% of role)

· Assists Directors with day-to-day activities

· Handles incoming calls professionally with clear communication and follow through

· Handles plaintiff-related questions from the cases

· Works in an organized fashion with an extreme attention to detail on all tasks

Required Skills and Experience:

· Personal Injury work experience required

· Must live in the PST, MST or CST time zones

· High School graduate required; College degree preferred

· 1-2 years of sales experience preferred

· Customer service experience preferred

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a strong aptitude to listen

· Excellent PC skills (email, MS Office including Microsoft Word and Excel)

· Possess a high level of drive, motivation and goal-orientation

· Be organized, detail- oriented, confident, positive, passionate, and compassionate

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong ability to multi-task

· Knowledge of the pre-settlement funding business a plus

· Adaptable and driven to ensure that the tasks of the day are completed
