POSITION TITLE: Recruitment ManagerPROG/DEPT.: Human Resources
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Chief Administrative Officer
CLASSIFICATION Full-time, Exempt
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for managing the internal and external recruitment activities for Intandem, ensuring positions are filled in a timely manner with competent and well-qualified candidates. Responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive recruitment plan designed to ensure the maintenance of adequate, well-qualified staffing levels throughout the organization. Serves as a liaison with employment, temporary, and other agencies to ensure ongoing referral of candidates for Intandem jobs. Responsible for coordinating and administering a variety of pre-employment and post-employment workforce initiatives, as well as, participating in the analysis of recruitment efforts, trends, retention and turnover.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Required Formal Education, Training & Background Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Four (4) years proven experience in Recruitment.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and dependable transportation.
Ability to travel as this position will rotate work locations between Olean, NY and Niagara Falls, NY.
Special Qualifications/Skill Requirements:
Functional knowledge of basic computer applications (i.e. word-processing, e-mail, Internet)
Management style and philosophy compatible with agency core values
Financial/budget management skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong interpersonal/communication skills
