SUMMARY: Establish and maintain applicant sources.

• Analyze, develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies to achieve departmental and organizational staffing goals and objectives
• Identify, develop and maintain relationships with applicant resources including public / private employment agencies, state jobs service, high schools, colleges, and community groups through visits, phone conversations and participation in HR associations
• Prepare recruitment advertising, effectively utilizing the appropriate advertising mediums to include print, radio, internet, social media, etc.
• Work closely with Staffing Specialists in selecting, interviewing and running candidates
• Schedule and oversee Treasure Island job fairs and participate in other career fairs

IDEAL CANDIDATES HAVE:
Required:

• 3 years recruitment, selection or Human Resources experience preferably in the hospitality industry
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Windows
• High level organizational skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to enthusiastically and professionally promote Treasure Island as the employer of choice

Preferred:

• 4-year degree in Human Resources
