Schedule: Monday to Friday 8AM - 5PM
6 months contract with a possible extension
Can start ASAP
Roles and Responsibility:
Recruiting activities to include requisition management, interviewing, background check, drug screen administration, job fair coordination, scheduling and participation in orientations, communication of such activities to plant and candidates. Other HR duties assigned as needed.
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year recruiting experience (preferably in production)
- Proficient in Workday (strongly preferred but not a big must)
- Go getter, needs minimal supervision
- Strong communicator
- Experience in recruitment activities, excellent communication skills and organizational skills, proficient with computer - MS office, HRIS system (Workday/Kronos is a plus)
