We are looking for a Recruiting Manager (Mid-Senior Level) to build and manage a solid recruiting team to support SFI's continued growth. The ideal candidate will have experience building and managing a recruiting team, can prioritize organizational needs, and develop and manage metics for our hardworking team. Must have a servant leader mentality and a willingness to roll up your sleeves work with our teams across the organization to support the incredible growth our company is experiencing. Experience recruiting in the Federal Government contracting space and technical recruitment is highly desired.

This is a full time W2 position, please not contractors or agencies. Must live and work within the United States.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build SFI’s recruiting capability to proactive source and build diverse candidate pools to support the company’s fast growth
  • Support the internal customers (e.g., Program Managers, technical team leads) with their hiring needs, some of which have tighter timelines than the others (e.g., fill vacancies with 15 days).
  • Manage a team of recruiters including but are not limited to work prioritization and assignment, individual performance measurement, finetuning recruiting process, and hiring and training new recruiting team member.
  • Partner with HR team and other corporate teams as needed in collecting candidate feedback and improving the overall candidate/employee experience.
  • Regular reporting to executives on team accomplishments, plans, challenges, and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience heading the recruiting function of a company or a business unit to meet its recruiting goals (e.g., fill 90+% vacancies within 20 days)
  • Demonstrated experience building a recruiting team including hiring recruiters and measuring individual recruiters’ performance
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the full lifecycle recruiting processes and common tools (e.g., LinkedIn)
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting, preferably in IT domain
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills

Prefered Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for technical positions
  • Experience working in the Federal Government Contracting space

Additional Requirements:

  • In order to meet the clearance requirements for this opportunity, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass a US Public Trust background investigation for access to the client site and computing systems. You must have lived in the US for the past three (3) years
  • As a Federal Contractor, employees may be required to be vaccinated against Covid-19 and provide proof of vaccination prior to the first date of employment
  • All candidates will be subject to a complete background check to include, but not limited to Criminal History, Education Verification, Professional Certification Verification, Verification of Previous Employment and Credit History

Other Information:

  • The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually. Performance Based bonus and bonus per hire.
