Recruiting Coordinator - Recruiter Scheduling Support Ambassador
Job description
We are in search of a Contract Recruiting Coordinator (interview scheduler) to coordinate candidate interviews to meet our hiring demands and support a team of recruiters. This role will be a part of the Recruiting Operations team, and will partner directly with Recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers to ensure a flawless interview and candidate experience to accelerate recruiting at LPL Financial. You will be part of an experienced, collaborative, and fun Talent Acquisition team that is passionate about LPL Financial’s success.
This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moments notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to schedule virtual and onsite
Fosters open communication with the hiring managers, recruiters and candidates regarding interview availability
Ensure positive candidate experience through timely follow-up, proactive problem solving and constant communication through the candidate lifecycle
Ensures each member of the interview team has appropriate documentation, including the resume, contact information, and interview feedback forms.
Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings with in-demand executives
Manage multiple tasks and action items with high urgency (documentation, follow up and preparation) ensuring appropriate and timely action on all deliverables across projects
Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
Rescheduling as needed
Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
Prioritize critical tasks and projects with minimal guidance
Keep accurate candidate tracking data, update and manage documents that will be viewed frequently by our senior leadership team
Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
Requirements
MUST LOVE SCHEDULING!
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience high volume scheduling support experience
Heavy calendaring experience a must have
Experience working with Microsoft Outlook calendaring, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and basic reporting
Enjoys going above and beyond to create a stellar candidate experience
Thrives in a collaborative, fast paced, ambiguous and autonomous work environment.
Loves solving coordination problems and challenges
Experience with an Applicant Tracking system
Ability to balance multiple time-sensitive priorities and act with urgency while maintaining a high degree of communication and service
Impeccable attention to detail and the instinct to dive deep
Exceptional written and oral communication skills and the ability to interface with senior executives in a professional manner
Demonstrated ability to use excellent judgement in handling sensitive and confidential information
Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
