AWG’s recruiting team is looking for an organized, tech-savvy, people-oriented, & passionate person to join our team as our Recruiting Coordinator!
What will you be doing?
● Scheduling interviews for candidates deemed viable for the open positions
● Helping schedule and coordinate our full cycle recruiting process:
o Schedule interviews between Hiring Managers & candidates.
o Initiate background checks.
o Initiate onboarding documents via our HCM.
o Schedule orientation for new hires.
o Seamless hand off new hires from recruiting to HR.
● Maintain and update our internal requisition tracking system.
● Helping open and close requisitions within our HCM.
● The ability to assist with job fairs
● Collaborating with managers, directors, and VPs when coordinating interviews.
● Any other duties that could fall into our realm of recruiting, talent, or HR.
Requirements:
● 1 – 2 years of recruiting or recruiting coordinator experience.
o Or, 2 – 3 years assisting departments run smoothly and effectively.
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
● Strong communications skills (written and verbal).
● Previous experience supporting a team, maintaining sensitive data, and responding to request.
● Experience handling multiple projects while meeting pre-determined deadlines.
● Experience using Microsoft applications (or Google suite) in a professional capacity.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.32 - $22.00 per hour
