Recruiter Description
Two Marines Moving Recruiters are responsible for executing the full recruiting cycle. In other words, these professionals are called upon to find potential candidates, screen them, recommend them for placement, and participate in scheduling the onboarding process. The process of recruiting will involve both internal and external sourcing methods, thereby requiring the recruiter to be adept at understanding where and how to locate candidates.
Recruiters must effectively educate candidates on all topics related to their prospective position including Two Marines Moving culture, values, mission statement, benefits, and pay scale. Strong communication skills are required for the recruiter position.
What does a Two Marines Moving Recruiter do?
The recruiter should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. This ensures that our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
The recruiter represents our Two Marines Moving brand, and is expected to reinforce and communicate what we stand for in a persuasive manner. They set a positive company tone both in the community and with candidates.
Recruiter's Job Duties
The recruiting, interviewing, and screening responsibilities of recruiters can be further broken down by daily job duties, which include:
- Explain benefits of position (selling the job)
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Perform phone screenings and in-person interviews with candidates
- Make recommendations to company hiring managers
- Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers
- Follow up on the interview process status
- Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Build rapport and relationships through the company and community
- Communicate employer information and benefits during screening process
- Stay current on the company’s organizational structure and personnel policy
- Serve as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
- Contact prospective team members using resume databases through cold calls (4 hours/day) and emails
- Document candidate details in a professional and secure manner with attention to detail
- Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
- Attract candidates using various sources, like company social media networks and employee referrals
- Conduct basic background and reference checks
Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Build relationships in community
- Remain connected with pre-established business connections and relationships
- Convey both tangible AND intangible benefits of all positions
- Follow up with people that interviewed and declined the position (3 month system)
- Monitor and apply TMM best recruiting practices
- Schedule and assist onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into training for new hires
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Build networks to find qualified passive and active candidates
- Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads
- Enforce all Two Marines Moving policies and procedures
- Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition
- Actively recruit from within Two Marines Moving
- Recruiting from Two Marines Moving alumni network
- Develop working relationships with colleges to aid in recruiting
- Seek and hire candidates for all field and office positions via multiple methods
- Ensude a minimum of 23 new staff members pass on-boarding process per month
- Meet or exceed company KPIs (Key Performance Indicaters) related to hiring and retention of staff

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
