Job Description:

  • Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Recruiter who is skilled at managing the full life cycle of recruiting support to Hiring Managers.
  • Our Recruiters handle all aspects of recruiting including candidate generation, scheduling, data management and communication.
  • The Recruiter also serves as a liaison with other departments and helps manage special projects for clients relating to recruiting activities, sourcing projects, and career fair events.
  • This person works closely with the Recruiting Manager and other individuals on the Talent Acquisition team in professional recruitment efforts.
  • A Recruiter at client requires skills in direct sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates, as well as with developing and negotiating offers.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the recruiting team to identify candidates for mid to senior level positions across multiple job functions and regions
  • Prepare interview logistics & materials for the recruitment process
  • Manage data compliance of confidential records within Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Utilize competitive sourcing strategies to identify candidates through various channels (Internet research, professional online networking, online database search tools, referrals, etc.)
  • Follow up regularly with candidates and Talent Acquisition team to maintain relationships, build recruiting best practices, and be aware of evolving hiring needs and opportunities

Training & Development:

  • Participate in on the job training within a fast-paced environment
  • Job shadow with recruiters to learn about the client recruiting process and administrative responsibilities, and gain knowledge about the businesses supported
  • On-going coaching and feedback provided to help build the necessary skills to be successful

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience recruiting; financial services or other large corporate experience strongly preferred
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (Success Factors preferred)
  • Organization and the ability to multi-task required
  • Must effectively demonstrate advanced systems/technology skills

Additional Requirements:

  • Must have strong attention to detail with excellent organization and time management abilities
  • Must be familiar with sourcing techniques using the Internet and be able to generate candidate pipeline for multiple jobs simultaneously
  • Experience assisting with on boarding a plus
  • Strong computer expertise in Microsoft office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $51.00 per hour
