Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is seeking an individual to join our recruitment team in Erie, PA. This individual will have the mission of sourcing only the best candidates both locally and across the country to fill our growing book of business. We are looking for individuals who posses the capacity to grow with the organization and a can do attitude that typifies our leadership team. We are very selective with the projects we undertake and we need individuals with above average skills to service our clients. Further, we have a culture of an extremely dedicated workforce with minimal turnover. You must reside near Erie, PA and are willing to work on location as needed.
Responsibilities:
Managing the talent acquisition life cycle through high volume recruiting.
Job postings, evaluating applications, analyzing assessments and interviewing to fill a variety of different clients.
Supporting retention efforts through collaboration with operations and WFM.
Partnering with senior management to assess and actively recruit for the talent acquisition needs of the business lines.
Developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and talent acquisition sources.
Supporting general Human Resource functions with a focus on recruitment, retention, onboarding, and diversity initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or more than three (3) years of work experience in recruiting
- Prior experience working within a call center environment preferred
- Prior experience working within a professional services environment preferred
- Must be able to do limited travel
Technology:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Prior experience working with HRIS and LMS systems
- Experience in conducting virtual meetings, including troubleshooting basic functions of a web conferencing tool
Other Knowledge, Skills Abilities:
- Superior verbal and written communications skills.
- Capable of working in a demanding, deadline-driven environment with a focus on delivering projected results (high volume / high quality candidates)
- Capacity to effectively manage and prioritize projects and tasks with a superior attention to detail while effectively adapting to changing priorities with flexibility and creativity
- Capable of interacting with all levels of external and internal professionals while developing strong productive relationships
