Responsibilities

Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions

Develop strong relationships with hiring managers

Serve as contact person for questions from candidates

Process all required background checks for city/state/federal agencies

Qualifications

One year recruitment experience required

Bilingual Spanish Required

Effective communication skills

Highly Organized

Wants to make a difference in people's lives

Bachelor's degree preferred

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
