The ideal candidate should posses great communication skills and have an upbeat attitude! This position is responsible for contacting, qualifying, and onboarding potential applicants for our trucking fleet. This position requires the ability to multitask, self-motivate, and effectively communicate to ensure success. Experience in the trucking industry or sales is a plus but not required. This is a full-time entry level position, with potential for growth within the company. Schedule is Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. or 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., with the option for a flexible schedule depending on performance.

• Support candidates through the interview and initial onboarding process, acting as a liaison through the recruiting process
• Build and properly maintain a pipeline of continuous eligible applicants for onboarding
• Ensure all necessary documentation is obtained and candidate is kept informed throughout the onboarding process
• Deliver a high level of communication between all company departments

Necessary Skills:

• Microsoft Outlook and Excel familiarity
• Proper phone etiquette
• Good time management
• Must be detail oriented and have great interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem solve in a fast paced and a highly competitive environment

Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Compensation:
Hourly + Commission

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
