Job description
We are searching for a Recruiter to work with a company that has its regional corporate office located in New Orleans. This is a very busy company with multiple locations needing requisitions filled. They are looking for someone that has experience with working with a dispersed team.
The normal business hours are M-F/8-5 or 9-6.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Write job descriptions and post on job boards
- Source resumes
- Screen applicants
- Conduct interviews
- attend job fairs
- negotiate the offer process
Ideal candidate will be well spoken, have good written communication skills, have a good attention to detail, know the importance of time management, possess a strong sense of urgency, have good follow up and follow through skills.
Required:
- 2+ years working in an HR department (recruiting experience preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- experience recruiting for hourly, non-exempt or labor based roles a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
