We are looking for a seasonal recruiter to join our team!

The recruiter will be responsible for attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. A successful recruiter has excellent interpersonal skills and is organized and detail oriented. A good recruiter can assess candidates' skills, experience, and relevant knowledge and compare them to job requirements.

This position would be great for a college student in a marketing or business management program looking for employment through the summer or anyone else looking for a short-term assignment in a professional setting. This position would allow you to gain various skills to round out your resume.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges, etc.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
• Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews in person or via electronic platforms
• Provide documentation and recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Promote the company's reputation as the "best place to work."

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
