In this role you will be reviewing resumes, screening, and interviewing candidates, and building relationships. Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate job postings
- Works closely with managers to determine the need for each position
- Determines qualified candidates by sourcing, screening, and verifying references
- Conduct interviews on qualified candidates while maintaining confidentiality
- Responsible for matching qualified candidates according to the job requirements
- Follow up with candidates post interview and document appropriately
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in recruiting
- Experience developing strategy to recruit top talent
- Proven experience with interviewing candidates
- Demonstrated ability with verifying references
- Ability to grow and maintain relationships with professionals
Skills:
- Recruiting and interviewing skills
- Exceptional communication and decision-making skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HR Software, and job boards
Compensation: $24.00-$27.00
Work hours: Contract position
Monday – Friday
8:00am to 5:00pm
40 hours a week
