Career Start is looking for Recruiters in our Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse & Albany offices who are driven and dedicated to help achieve company and professional goals. We pride ourselves on reaction time and speed to fill orders. We are a customer focused fixated company that relies on our staff to follow through on and exceed all customer needs/inquires.

Responsibilities of the Recruiter:

• Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
• Screening resumes
• Conduct initial phone screens
• Schedule calls and interviews
• Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
• Coordinate drug tests and background checks
• Participate in recruiting events
• Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements of the Recruiter:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1 year Recruiting/Staffing experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
• Excellent communication skills
