The selected candidates will perform various security recruitment duties.
Responsibilities:
- Screen applicants
- Post and manage job openings via Paycom
- Aid applicants in regards to Paycom onboarding process
- Interview candidates in-person, via phone, and or zoom meetings
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets to monitor all candidates
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must possess Customer Service etiquette
- Must be savvy with job sourcing websites and ATS
- Must be a quick learner and active listener
- Security Industry knowledge is preferred, but not required
- Must be very organized with attention to detail
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Apple MAC
- Must be able to accept constructive criticism and direction
- Have experience recruiting virtually via telephone and/or video
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be technology savvy
