Job description
Conduct full-cycle recruiting for candidates who will provide services to those we serve for residential group homes as well as day, employment and community programs.
Essential Functions:
- Full cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates in Indeed data base, review resumes in Paycom ATS, open/close requisitions, phone screening, and reporting.
- Research and source new applicant pools including job boards, schools, social media sources
- Provide support to Hiring Managers during the recruitment process.
- Enter all new hire paperwork into Paycom payroll system.
- Serve as backup for HR Coordinator during peak times to assist with onboarding and background checks.
- Track New Hires in system so that orientation and training is completed within required time period.
- Generate and maintain accurate job postings. Distribute weekly.
- Attend and participate at Job Fairs, recruiting events or open houses
Requirements:
- Associates degree, Bachelor's preferred
- Strong computer skills and have basic proficiency in Excel and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Ability to learn to review resumes and recruit Indeed databases.
- Previous recruitment experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication and possess high levels of organization and prioritizing skills.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
- Regular and predicable attendance
- A minimum of 1 year of driving experience and a valid drivers license
