We have immediate openings for an Receptionist.
Position Summary:
As an Receptionist, you will follow all Cornerstone of Recoverys policies and maintain company Core Values. PRN employees must be able to work a minimum of 4 days per month (one Saturday and/or Sunday per month) in order to sustain PRN status.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct multi-line incoming calls to appropriate individuals; take and forward messages as necessary.
- Provide information about the organization to callers and visitors
- Perform clerical functions incidental to reception activities
- Greet visitors; monitor and ensure proper entry; obtain name and need, and direct them accordingly
- Inform staff of appointments that have arrived at facility
- Check and print transportation schedule daily for transportation specialist
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Receive and post messages for patients
- Maintain lobby and reception area in neat and orderly fashion
- Dress and conduct yourself in a professional manner
- Adhere to and demonstrate organization's Core Values
- Call for assistance from other departments to perform urine drug screens
- Key in all assessments from clinical programs.
- Conduct audits as assigned by the program director or Reception Manager.
- Other duties as assigned by Reception manager or Director of Support Services
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal skills
- The ability to work effectively with others from various backgrounds
Education:
- High School or GED required
