Job description

We are a busy and fast paced Mayfair area divorce/family law firm seeking a full-time receptionist. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will answer and direct phone calls and be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Act as first point of contact for visitors
• General clerical support for attorneys and legal assistants
• Other administrative support duties

Qualifications

• High school diploma or relevant work experience
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and get along well with others
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent computer skills such as Word, Outlook, Excel and the ability to learn our other software programs
