Receptionist

Serenity is looking for receptionists for our Denver area offices (Cherry Creek/Lakewood). As a receptionist, you will primarily support our patients by extending a warm welcome, addressing questions or concerns, and overall creating a positive and comfortable atmosphere. Through personable and genuine conversations, you will develop memorable experiences for them to receive the best care. We are looking for people who thrive in social interactions and find gratification in improving someone’s day. This is a full-time position where you will work 13-hour shifts, 3 days a week. Our hours of operation are from 6 am-8 pm M-F, 7 am-7 pm Saturdays.

Daily Responsibilities

• Extend a warm greeting to each patient and attempt to make meaningful conversation.
• Help patients feel valued by creating rapport, remembering their names, interests, and stories.
• Build patient trust by answering questions, addressing worries, respecting boundaries, and being sensitive to their individual challenges.
• Rotate through various office tasks throughout the day.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, basic math skills.
• Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain resilience in difficult situations.
• Previous experience in a reception or personal customer service industry.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.

In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act this position pays $19.50 hourly.
