In this “Entry Level Position, your main responsibility will be to greet customers with a friendly smile and process all payment transactions. This position also requires excellent phone skills, a great attitude and a smiling face. Prior auto dealership experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities of a Full Time Receptionist:

• Receive and process all cash and credit card payments from customers
• Maintain daily records of all dealership payment transactions
• Assist with other administrative duties (filing, copies, scanning....as needed)

Requirements of a Full Time Receptionist:

• Prior auto dealership experience is a plus but not needed
• Previous experience operating a cash register
• Familiarity with processing credit card transactions
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional appearance a must
• Excellent Phone etiquette
